Happy Tuesday everyone,

If you missed my update last Thursday, you’ll be pleased to know my lymph nodes came back clear, so I don’t need to have any Chemo or Radiotherapy!

I want to take this opportunity to once again thank you for your support and love over the last few months, it has made managing life that little bit easier knowing my business was still bobbing along in the background.

I am going to be making a few changes to my workload moving forward, the first being stepping down from teaching the Chair Pilates on a Tuesday and Dianne will now be taking over at the earlier time of 2-2:45pm from today.

This allows me to have Tuesday’s at home to keep on top of the administration side of running the business.

It almost doesn’t feel real that its happened, I’m looking forward to getting back to normal again.

Collette’s Baby has arrived…

We are delighted to announce that Collette’s baby girl arrived safely on Monday, 8th September. Her big sister is besotted and they’re adjusting well to life as a 4.

We are wishing them all lots of love from all of us.
