Your weekly update from The Pilates Corner

Keeping you up to date with everything

Happy Tuesday everyone,

I’m fully back in the swing of things now and it feels (almost) like I’ve never been away.

This past week has mainly been getting back into the routine of getting up in the morning and being out of the house every day! I’m not going to lie, this has been the hardest part of my recovery - I’ve enjoyed my lay-ins!

I spent the weekend in London assessing students for their level 3 Pilates qualifications, I love this part of my role as a tutor as I get to see some really talented new instructors coming into the industry.

I finally got my car back yesterday after it being in the workshop for 7 weeks! Although having a brand new courtesy car to drive around in was lovely, it’s nice to have mine back.

Its been good to keep busy as FINALLY tomorrow I find out the results of my last surgery and the next steps in my treatment plan. I’ll let you all know how I get on in an interim newsletter on Thursday.
