I hope you all had a wonderful long Easter Weekend.

In this week’s newsletter I’m going to be focusing just on our Member Referral Scheme.

This way you will always be able to find this email in the archives if you forget what to do!

For those of you that have been with us for a while will remember we used to have referral cards to give to your friends, and I’ve decided to go back to this way of doing it.

You can still refer through Momence as before but we’re making it even easier to tell your friends about us.

And this way you can physically give them a ‘gift’ worth £25.

The Referral Card…

These will be available for members to take from Reception and share from later today.

As you can see on the reverse is a space for you to write YOUR name. Please make sure you do this before giving them to your friends, as they will need to put this on their application form.

There is also a button on this page for you to leave your friend’s details.

If you aren’t going to physically see your friend to give them a card, you will be able to scan the QR code in reception to enter their details, (you’ll need their full name, phone number and email address). See the form by clicking on the pink button below.

The Competition…

You may remember that earlier this year I announced a competition for all of our members?

Win 25% off your membership for 6 months

Every time you refer someone to us your name goes on the Referral Reward board.

This is located in the seating area of Reception.

You will get a blue star next to your name every time someone you refer joins us as a member.

The person at the end of the year that has the most stars (i.e. has referred the most people that have signed up) will get 25% off their membership for the first 6 months of 2026!!

I think I’ve made this as easy as possible now! So no excuses, if you love our classes, tell your friends about us too!

Referral Programme T & Cs

Just to make sure it’s fair for everyone, we have to have a few rules.

1. Only ONE member can be named when someone is referred.

2. The member’s name must be mentioned via the referral site or upon contacting the studio for the FIRST time.

3. The referred person must not have been a member of the studio previously.

4. Your Free Class Credit will be added to your Momence account, when your friend has attended their induction session, this can be used for any class on the timetable and will have a 1 year expiration.

5. £10 will be automatically deducted from your membership the month after your friend upgrades their induction to an intro offer (4 trial classes).

6. Studio merchandise awarded for sign ups will be a choice of a branded bag or towel for the first sign up, a T-shirt for the second, and a hoodie for the third.

7. You will get a star on the Referral Reward Board, when your friend has made their first membership payment.

8. The Winner of the competition will be the person that has referred the most friends/family members that have gone on to become studio members.

9. In the event of a draw for the winning member; the members with the highest number of ACTIVE referrals (friends that are still members) will go into a pot luck draw.
