Happy Tuesday everyone,

Thank you for all the messages, cards and flowers, I am healing well and resting lots (I promise).

I must admit though I’m getting a little bored of watching TV all day long, and am pleased to report that my brain is starting to let me do more, the less morphine I need.

Fingers crossed I’ll be getting the drain taken out later this morning at my appointment to see the nurse.

I have a follow up appointment with my surgeon scheduled for next Wednesday 13th when I get the results of the Histology - i.e. What they’ve taken out and what the next steps are going to be. So that’s a biggie.

I’ll continue to take each day one at a time until then. Feel free to send me Netflix/Prime/AppleTV recommendations to keep me busy in the meantime.

Change of Class Type - Come and try Fit Ball

Tuesdays at 12:30-1:30pm (from August 12th)

This is now on Momence and can be booked.
(Floor Barre has been removed from this date onwards).

Fit Ball will be an entire class incorporating the large Swiss Balls.

Book a class and try it out - one thing is guaranteed - you’ll have heaps of fun!

We will trial this class on the timetable for 4-6 weeks and see what you think.

New Theatre Trip Option

Johannes Radebe from Strictly Come Dancing toured with Kinky Boots the musical earlier this year, with sell out shows and to rave reviews.

Next year he’s bringing it to The London Coliseum for a limited run, which will be very popular.

The show is a great feel good show, so to ensure those who are interested in seeing it get the opportunity we have reserved 20 tickets for Tuesday 12th May at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £53.25 each in the stalls.

Deadline for booking is August 27th.

Welcome Sarah

Sadly, I jumped the gun on this one, and it turned out she wasn’t as available as we first thought and hoped, so we have decided to return to the drawing board and continue our search for someone more suitable.

Collette’s Having a baby

As I’m sure you will have seen - if not from the bump, from Dianne’s email yesterday!

Collette is shortly going off to have her baby. Her last week of teaching is NEXT week (13th August) however she’s not in this week due to a midwife appointment.
