Any updates we should know about? Plus a massive fundraising total.

Happy Tuesday everyone,
I hope this newsletter finds you well, I am pleased to say that apart from a rather uncomfortable bout of night sweats on Sunday night - although I think an early addition of the winter duvet did have a part to play in this too - I (so far) feel relatively unaffected by the medication I’m now on. Although those of you in Monday morning’s classes may disagree!
I have an unexpected day at home today as my planned trip to Thorpe Park with my daughter has been postponed due to the park being closed today.
Theme parks are a happy place for me and Amber, having been Merlin Pass holders for several years when she was younger, we have spent many a long day queuing for rides and testing our nerves on the rollercoasters. I must admit she’s much braver than me these days.
Instead I’m taking this ‘gifted’ day to catch up on some admin and have a bit of down time.

Yet again our members (and team) have done us proud with this fantastic total raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Has Anything Changed with You?

After everything I’ve been through over the last few months, I’ve become aware that my health information is no longer up to date with many companies that hold my details, and it occurred to me that this will be the case for lots of you too.
As pilates is obviously very involved, it is important that we always have your most current information on file.
I’m also aware that our health form is rather long and a bit of a pain to complete. So I have made it nice and easy and created an update form.
This form can be used for anything you need to tell us, (medically or physically) that may affect your ability in class.
So if you’ve had an operation, an injury that you’re having physio for (or that you are having to modify your exercises for), or there’s something else that you feel is relevant to us (however small).
