I’m back in Birmingham again today on another training workshop for the business side of things.

I absolutely love these workshop days as its all about how I can improve the business for you, and make it as brilliant an experience to be a part of our studio as possible.

This week I’d like you to join me in welcoming a new arrival for one of our members Lucy, who usually attends on Wednesday evenings (and sometimes during the day)…

Busier Classes…

You may have noticed we have a few new members that have joined us over the last few weeks and classes are starting to get busier.

We don’t want to get to the point like the picture above where you can’t get a place - and when classes start reaching capacity we will add more classes to the timetable and stop taking new members on.

In the meantime to ensure you always get a spot in your favourite class remember you can request a recurring space in any class (subject to availability at the time of booking) either through the app or via [email protected]. This way you can be sure of getting a class at the time you want to attend.

It also helps me when bringing new members on board so we don’t over book our classes.

If you don’t want a recurring booking, remember as members you can still book your classes up to 8 weeks in advance on the Momence app.

If you can’t attend you just need to cancel with 12 or more hours notice - please give as much notice as possible when cancelling so others can step in and take your place.

It is always worth going on the waiting list for classes as we often have cancellations, just remember to keep an eye on the app and make sure you have your notifications switched on so you don’t miss if a space becomes available.

There are still a couple of months left of 2025 to get your name on the Referral board.

Every time you share our studio with one of your friends, colleagues or family members your name gets added to the board.

If they sign up as a member you get a blue star next to your name.

The member with the most blue stars next to their name at the end of December gets 25% off their membership for 6 months next year!

It’s still all to play for so if you can think of anyone that may like to come along and try us out remember you just need to give them a referral card or link.

As long as they mention YOUR NAME at the time of reaching out to us, they will get a FREE induction (worth £25) and you get a free class when they attend it.

If they then sign up to an intro offer you get £10 off your membership the following month.

AND if they sign up as a member at the end of their trial you get free merch (towels, bag, t-shirts and hoodies up for grabs, depending on how many people have been recommended).

Member Christmas Party
Saturday, 13th December, 7:30pm
Venue: The Pilates Corner

(I’m repeating this incase you missed it last week…)

For the last couple of years, we have held our member’s Christmas party at Chesfield Downs Golf Club.

We always have a fantastic time, however this is quite a costly event, and we appreciate that Christmas time can be quite expensive for everyone.

So this year we have decided to host our celebrations in-house to bring the cost down and hopefully enable more of you to be able to join us for a fun night of dancing, eating, drinking and merriment.

The date we have selected is Saturday, 13th December. The timings will be 7:30-11pm.

The ticket price will be a maximum of £20 per person.

The event will be catered (buffet style) and there will be a licensed bar for drinks.
Entertainment will include fun & games and dancing.

This year we are opening up the event to members and partners to help us create a really great event.
