Happy Tuesday!

Thank you to everyone that nominated us in the Muddy Stiletto Awards first round. We don’t find out if we’ve made the finals until next Tuesday, so watch this space.

Mobile Phones in Class

A polite reminder that mobile phones are not allowed in class.

If you have a reason that means you must have your phone nearby, such as an unmissable call, please speak to your instructor before the class begins.

In all instances phones should be on silent.

The lockers are provided to enable you to leave your belongings safely, please use them for ALL items that are not required in class.

Classes are getting quite busy and additional bags etc can get in the way.

Paper Towels

We are proud to keep excellent hygiene standards in the studio by cleaning the equipment at the end of every class, and thank you for helping us with this.

However we are going through a RIDICULOUS amount of paper towel each week.

TWO sheets per client should be sufficient to clean your mat and any additional equipment.

Please try and stick to this guideline and help us stay clean AND kind to the environment.

Member Events - It’s Theatre Trip time!

Our next show is…

We have tickets for Tuesday, 20th May at 7:30pm in The West End.

We’ve managed to secure group discounted tickets in the stalls at £65 each.

This does not include transportation to the theatre, although we can put you in touch with other members if you would like to travel in with someone else.

Those of you that are joining us should have your tickets already, or they are waiting for you at the studio for you when you next come to class.
